If there’s one thing I know how to do, it’s negotiate a solid deal and wrangle chaos—whether that’s in real estate, on my farm, or at home with my husband, Ray, and our three kids (Raelee, Hank, and Brooks). Life is a mix of cattle, contracts, and good vibes, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I’ve spent over a decade helping buyers and sellers navigate the world of new construction, and I know the ins and outs of builder contracts, timelines, and how to get my clients the best deal without the headache. If there’s room to negotiate, I’ll find it—if there’s a hurdle, I’ll clear it.
When I’m not closing deals, you’ll probably find me running (sometimes literally), dancing in my adult hip-hop class (where the goal is to look somewhat coordinated—but mostly, I’m just there for the fun and the laughs), or sipping a well-earned espresso martini. I love farm life, getting my hands dirty, and making sure my clients feel informed, confident, and—dare I say—excited about their real estate journey.
